We have visited this restaurant since it was at "U Minellu" and have always been impressed by the high standard of Corsican cooking here. Now sitting in a gorgeous square, it is so good to see the same waiters providing the same high standards we had previously experienced.
Particular favourites of ours are the Spaghetti Roquefort, the Escalope Cap Corse, and the Sanglier (wild boar). Salads and sautéed potatoes are also glorious, and the pichets of local rose wine are perfect on a summer evening.
Good food in a very enjoyable setting.
