Stayed her for two nights this week, the hotel is enormous and as such does not have the friendly homely feel, don't get me wrong the staff are very polite and pleasant enough, but it is too big to be personal, the rooms are as you would expect from a premier inn, very comfortable rooms, breakfast was also as you would expect from a premier inn although the waiting staff act as though they do not have a care in the world.

Considering the location and I booked a few days in advance price wasn't too bad compared to others. No problem finding hotel or parking space upon arrival and quick check in. Went on a night out no problem coming into the hotel in the early hours of the morning. Loved the midday standard checkout, better than other places trying to kick you out at the crack of dawn! Staff all polite and helpful :)

As a previous reviewer pointed out - typical premier inn. I thought that for a family of four staying 2 nights this was excellent value for money. The room was clean and with 2 extra beds didn't feel cramped. The lady on reception in the morning was helpful, ordering us a taxi to get to the station. This cost £4.70. Breakfast on the Friday was a bit chaotic(even though not many customers there) and not particularly good but much improved on the Saturday - different staff who were more efficient. Hint: order breakfast as soon as you arrive as it takes a while to arrive! Also, you can order decent coffees (Costa) with breakfast but you have to ask. We didn't eat at the restaurant as we try to avoid chains but it looked really busy.

A typical Premier Inn, what more can you say?! However, the staff here were particularly friendly & helpful. We stayed to attend a family party locally & the rooms were excellent for what we needed. We needed 2 taxis to get back to the hotel & the staff couldn't have been more helpful when half of our party arrived ten minutes before the other.
Highly recommended for the money!

Premier Inn have budget accommodation nailed and this is a great example of what they do so well. A warm welcome, spotless room and a very comfortable bed. Once premier inns decide to offer free unlimited WiFi they will be providing perfection.

I chose to stay here as it was close by Mum's residential care home when I was called back to the UK urgently.
The staff here but especially Sam and Olga on the front desk have gone out of their way to assist me whilst I have dealt with Mum's funeral arrangements, their caring attitude and assistance has been much appreciated.
The room is spacious enough with everything I need, lashings of hot water, and as the big man himself says a comfortable bed, a heating system that works very efficiently as well; coming from a hot Middle East to a cold March in the UK I really like this.
Breakfast has been in the Beefeater attached to the hotel, I opted for the all you can eat cooked version so far of traditional English, choice of cereals or porridge, fruit juice, tea & coffee, pastries all unlimited for 8.25 is very good value, freshly prepared as well.
