Have stayed here for 2 nights ,
First impression ,it's bright ,clean and welcoming .
The rooms are extremely comfortable and they pay attention to detail with little things like sweets and snacks.
The breakfast is vast , well cooked and presented.
I do not see anywhere here that could be improved and if your in the area try this first you will not be dissappointed.
Thanks for such a nice establishment.

Room Tip: They only have one suite .,so it's always going to be the best.

We have just returned from 4 nights at this amazing B&B for the DTM meeting at Brands Hatch. First of all can I just say it felt more like a weekend away staying at friends! As soon as we had arrived Pauline brought us a pot of tea and cakes even though every thing needed to make our own was available in our rooms (including FRESH milk in a fridge!). As other reviewers have commented the rooms are beautifully furnished and the breakfasts are amazing!!! We hardly needed to eat for the rest of the day!
It was so nice to return from Brands Hatch each evening and relax in our own mini-apartment!
The only reason we stayed at Greenacre this time was because our usual B&B (20 minute walk from Brands) was fully booked. However, we will try and stay at Greenacre in future (in fact we have already booked in October for the BTCC). For those of you like us who do not own a car, do not worry the local taxi company are very cheap and reliable!
Thank you Pauline - see you in October

Everything written by other contributors on here is absolutely true. Greenacre B&B is a superb base for reaching London at unbelievable rates. We visited as it was perfect for getting to the start of the London Marathon in which I was taking part and our stay certainly aided my preparation in terms of being so relaxing.

Pauline and Antonio are lovely people and wonderful hosts. The accommodation - more like self catering in many respects with the two bedrooms, conservatory/lounge and small kitchen area - is absolutely spotless and clean with lots of wonderful touches such as sweets in the rooms and an incredibly generous selection of snacks to accompany the hot drinks.

The breakfasts were simply amazing - fresh and piping hot with a wonderful variety. The porridge I had on marathon day probably kept me going in the last gruelling stages (no pun intended!).

For anyone wishing to see London, look no further than Greenacre - the station in Swanley is five minutes walk which has regular trains to Victoria less than half an hour away.

Thank you again Pauline and Antonio - the most wonderful hosts anyone could wish for!

Room Tip: Perfect for up to four people.

This B & B was simply a delight of which we wish we could of stayed longer at. The hosts were kind, thoughtful and friendly and so welcoming from the minute we arrived. The rooms were excellently laid out and were spotlessly clean. They were well equipped and had those hidden little extras that mean so much. The B & B was 5 minutes walk from the station so access was great. We can only recommend staying here and cant wait for the next time we visit.

My Wife and I have just arrived back from staying at this most charming B&B near our Daughters home in Swanley, Kent.
From the moment we arrived we knew that our hosts were passionate about good service and keeping a beautiful place. We were offered an array of breakfast options and in the apartment there were bottles of water, cookies, chocolates and other little touches that really make this stay more special than so many run of the mill hotels/B&B's these days.
Pauline and Antonio are wonderful hosts and make you feel very relaxed and 'at home'.
I wouldnt look anywhere else if staying in this area. It is simply top class in all aspects!

Thank you!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Greenacre Bed & Breakfast for 4 nights while visiting relatives nearby. What a delightful experience this was! We felt thoroughly spoilt and pampered and wished we could move in permanently! There are so many wonderful things about Greenacre B&B - the off-street parking, own entrance, private courtyard, plenty of space, wonderful treats, bottled water, daily servicing, spotlessly clean, spacious shower, plentiful personal toiletries, proximity to railway and M25 - to mention just a few. The breakfasts were delicious and the menu catered to all tastes - it was elegantly served each morning on a crisp white tablecloth in the conservatory overlooking the garden. Add to this, Pauline and Antonio, two most thoughtful and welcoming hosts, and you have the perfect place to stay! We just hope there'll be a vacancy for our next visit!

A group of us stayed at greenacres over the bank holiday weekend. The apartment is immaculately clean and your every need is catered for - down to a bowl of chocolates in our room!! The owners are wonderfully friendly and accommodating, you couldnt ask for more! A fabulous stay all round.
