We have been dine there 2 Saturday ago. The food was plenty and really great with the variety. We sent out guests there for dinner and they love the place, too. Keep it up ...

“Friendly but the food and service all over the place”
Reviewed May 17, 2013

We live locally and visited Fiore Rosa with our family on holiday with us from the UK after hearing good reports.
We sat upstairs as this is a house based restaurant located in a small moo baan.
The staff were friendly but the service was very slow. It took over 30 minutes to get our main courses. I had a pizza that was fine but the two pasta dishes were so heavily salted you could not eat them. My mother-in-law had the last portion of lasagna. The taste was good but the centre was still frozen! This was sent back and they offered us a free sweet which was some consolation.
I think this could be a good restaurant but I'm afraid on this occasion it was well below our expectations and can not be recommended.

“Absolutely first class”
Reviewed March 15, 2013

The Fiore Rosa is about 8Km drive NE from the centre of the city on the 118 but it's worth every kilometre to get to this superb Italian restaurant. The surroundings are peaceful and elegant and the premises are well presented. There is dining both indoors and out and also on a balcony overlooking the countryside.

The food is totally authentic Italian, cooked by an Italian chef and is, without doubt, the best I've had anywhere in Chiang Mai (and a few other European cities too actually). The service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable indeed for what is high end cuisine. You can easily eat a fine meal with a couple of glasses of wine for around 300 Baht. By the way, the house red is terrific!

I will definitely be back here!

“Gourmet Delight in Doi Saket”
Reviewed January 31, 2013

It is challenging to find a really great pizza in Chiang Mai. Residents of Doi Saket are fortunate that Fiore Rosa is in their neighbourhood. Roberto Toscano, wife Dao and sidekick Victor have an intimate eatery with home-cooked Italian favourites, inspired by Robbie's mama's cooking. The excellent pizza is reason enough to go..... but there are other rewards, like the delectable Tiramisu or surprises like home-made sausage with to-die-for Ricotta sauce.

Eating at Fiore Rosa means al fresco dining facing a peaceful lake, with generous parking. It is also possible to order takeaway pizza's and calzones.
