For the price, the accommodations are on par with a barebones motel off of a side street. Advertised free internet is at a kiosk in close proximity to the front desk (no privacy) with a requested 20-minute max session. Wi-fi on the 2nd floor is spotty, unreliable, and slow. Advertised free free long distance to the mainland using VOIP technology is actually phone calls using magic jack from the same "free internet" kiosk.Fine, not false advertising but not exactly painting a true picture! Guest laundry is "unavailable" with no apparent rush to repair their facilities, and laundry service (put your stuff in a plastic bag and use any blank sheet of paper to itemize your clothes) lost one of my shirts, with a shoulder shrug attitude. Room service can never seem to refresh my towels/washcloths complements with the same size towels, and sometimes leave incomplete sets (short on the standard 2towels, 2 washcloths, 2 face towels).
I use present tense because I am still in the hotel with another week to go.
.. and I am FROM Guam and expected better...
Would I stay here again? Most likely yes because of price. I'm not paying the triple digit costs to stay in touristy Tumon. However, this hotel really should invest in coming up to par with basicm baseline hotel industry accommodation and service standards.More
