I was surprised to read some negatives about the service. I've eaten here several times and never had a problem with the service. Someone said the wine was sweet. They offer two red house wines, one is sweet and the other is not. Order the vino tinto y seco, if you want a dry red. My husband and I went to Valentine's dinner with some friends. The men had the black angus steak, my friend had a NY steak and I had the beef stroganoff. We were all pleased. I've never seen stroganoff on a menu in Costa Rica and this was delicious. It was served over rice rather than noodles, but otherwise it was as good as any stroganoff I've had anywhere in the States. We were all happy with the quality of the beef, tender, and cooked to order. I'm from California wine country and not too easy to please when it comes to wine, but their dry red is quite drinkable. I can't speak for the sweet or any of their whites.
In the past, we've enjoyed their ribs and their Imperial Chicken (Pollo Imperial). We've never had a bad dinner or bad service. We'll go back soon. Highly recommended!
