The restaurant is being run by the place owners, with some pedantic cuisines, made by the chef, and as we heard before our arrival it is just a matter of time until he will be granted with a Michelin star by the way. Some of the cuisines were great and some were just good. The bread was dry a little bit, and the deserts were actually the bad part of dinner, with some creativity looking maybe, but disappointing taste after all, for me personally, even less than a regular pâtisserie on the street.
Basically there were 2 fixed menus, one with 3 dishes for 27euro and the other with 5 dishes for 38euro. for any of them you will have to add the wine and drinks of course. Effectively there was only 1 menu available for us to select as a couple, because the chef wife said to us that the chef doesn't recommend to go for 2 different menus in the same table, due to hot and cold dishes mixture. I didn't really understood it, but hey, who wants to go against the chef recommendation in such restaurant...?
We went for the 5 dishes menu eventually, and we mostly liked the dish of the mediterranee marinee fish with legumes printaniers and roquette sorbet. it was the one both of us mostly liked and was close to masterpiece. bravo chef!!!
Overall it was a nice food experience for us, but not the best you can find in such levels.
if you are in the area, we recommend you to try it...
