Beautiful resort but not impressed by the service

Aleenta is located in a remote area with beautiful infrastructure and a private beach.

Personally I am not impressed by the service they provide. The phone inside the villa was broken and no one came to have it fixed. Requested for a power adaptor but never arrived during my stay.

Breakfast is great. Love the variety of omelettes and frozen yogurt. Had lunch once at The Edge which was quite nice. On the contrary, dinner at Natai was disappointing. I mean it was not bad but given the price you pay you would have higher expectations.

The pool villa is clean and spacious. The shampoo and shower gel are put in these ceramic bottles. It gets slippery during the shower.

I enjoyed the beach walk every day to Aleenta’s sister hotel Akyra Beach Club. The beach club has cool vibes.

First over all I would like to share my sincere gratitude that you have chosen us as your preferred vacation destination.

Thank you so much for your compliments to our hotel location ,our breakfast, dinning at the Edge and cleanliness.

I do apologise in regarding to your comment about phone broken, a power adaptor, amenities ceramic bottles and you were disappointing about dinner at Natai. But unfortunately, as I could not find records of any your "mention" and I am not sure if you share your feelings or experience while you were in house with us.

After reading your comment we have spoken to the team, Our team might not be perfect or fluent in English or possible there have been some communication issues in what said but I am confident and would like to assure you that our teams and each person working here are only serving for the pleasure of our valued guests. The teams are really trying their best.

We always do value when guest share their reflective feedback or improvements needs with us. This helps us in getting better and looking at situations and their needs for development. I hope you will be back one day and we can shine some different lights onto your vacation.

Simply spectacular and amazing...

Love this place. Spent 6N/7D here with my wife and two young boys (ages 9 and 12). Remote, secluded, quiet and away from the shenanigans, hustle and bustle of Phuket town (Patong etc). People have complained it’s too quiet - that’s exactly what it’s aiming to achieve! Villas are well maintained, though perhaps in need of just a little maintenance (but not a major at all). Service is top notch and the staff are so friendly, warm and helpful - a true testament to the graciousness of Thai hospitality. The main resort pool is really luxurious. The beach is looked after and very quiet too. The food is on par with most other 5 star hotels/resorts - Executive Chef Valerio has done an amazing job. Buffet breakfast was very extensive and just the right amount of selection. Big thumbs up to Tina for taking care of us every day - your service was exemplary. Beautiful place to relax, unwind, forget about your problems and be taken care of. If you’re thinking of staying here, do it. You’ll love it.

Pure relaxation

We chose to stay at Aleenta Phuket Resort for 2 weeks just to get away from everything and relax. Our stay was perfect. The service level was outstanding all the way from check-in to check-out. We stayed in Grand Deluxe Pool Villa and it was just perfect for our needs. Spacious villa, good size pool and garden. Cleanliness was very good also. We didn't need to worry about the insects or anything like that. Beach was also great. There was plenty of room and it wasn't crowded at all. Food at the hotel restaurants was good although in 2 weeks it may become a bit too "familiar". The only bad thing that comes to my mind might be the location. It really is in the middle of nowhere so if you're not looking for silent and luxurious retreat then might want to go somewhere else. We were looking for it and we got it also 100%.

Regarding your comment - Location:
When guests do book a stay with us we entrust them to prior look up our hotel and location and have a better understanding where we are located. Our tranquil location is one of the many reasons why guests actually seek and wish to spend their relaxing holidays with us, away from it all. I do understand that for some guests this can be not the desired location. We do provide a full fleet of in house transportation anywhere our valued guests wish to go. Even two times a week we have a free of charge shuttle bus to the center of Phuket – either side.

Nice private spacious pool villa for couple

We love our private pool villa. Good size for a couple, big pool and outdoor jacuzzi. There is the private beachfront restaurant and exclusive beach, as it's the beachfront hotel, the beach is very quiet, and hideaway from busy Phuket. Great plan for a weekend holiday. Good breakfast! Staffs are friendly.

Best Hotel ever

This was my 6th time in Aleenta Phuket and I have to say - the hotel gets better and better with every stay.
After checking in relaxation begins. For me it is a really lovely location with a special spirit.
The architecture of the buildings are phenomenal. The design is one of the best I’ve ever seen.
And the most impressive thing in this hotel is the breakfast. For me as a world champion in fitness you will never find such a health and delicious breakfast in another hotel all over the world.

Many thanks to the whole staff. It was again an amazing stay. We will come back soon.
