We were the first ones in the restaurant for lunch on a weekday during a recent family vacation to Italy. We were wandering around and chose this place for lunch. It has a great interior with lots of memoribilia. We order both the vegetarian and traditional antipasti for the table and it was one of the best we had during our 10 day visit to Italy - fresh veggies, meat, cheese. We could have had just that for lunch and it would have been enough! I had risotto with mushrooms, the kids had pasta, and our friends had some different roasted meats - EVERYTHING was wonderful. Fresh, well-prepared, and generous portion sizes. The place filled up with locals for lunch (always a good sign), and we were the last ones in the restaurant lingering over caffe after a delightful meal.
