The restaurant is tucked up the back of the old town of Termoli (Also known as the Fishermans Village)
This Restaurant is part of an Albergo Diffuso Hotel (Dotted all over Town) they own part of the beach Lido and a seperate bar.
The Restaurant has an open kitchen so that you can see what is being prepared for you. Its ceiling is dome snapped and very much like the inside if a Puglian Trulli. The waiter service is Silver service standard and very attentive. A good selection of wines, local and a bit further afield they also have from the very north of Italy Franciacorta which is the some may say superior to Champagne. We had the 7 course tasting Menu which consisted of a Raw fish course a cold anti pasti course of fish a hot course of shell fish a hot filled pasta (Fish) a linguini and Clams course and the a course of a whole Turbot (Ronbo) which was expertly filleted at the table by the Head Waiter followed by dessert and Coffee. All this was only €45 per head and a bottle of local Dom Luigi Reserver Biferno wine (Very Very Good wine) €29 per bottle.
The food was very well prepared and tasty.

There was however a family with 5 young children who were causing a bit of a nightmare (Something you come to expect in the UK but not in Italy) the staff moved them away from there Family as it was causing them trouble and moved them on there own to our seperate part of the restaurant (Very unusual) shame really as the was also a family with a babe in arm that slept all through the commotion well done to that Family.

Very chique restaurant in the centre of Termoli. The restaurant looks amazing. The service is very good and the food is wonderful. The place looks expensive but its a good price for a good meal. Fish was delicious!

We too booked a one week cooking experience with Italia, Sweet Italia and had the pleasure of being instructed by Mossimo. What an amazing experience! The food coming out of the kitchen was to die for! Two favorites were the Pasta e Fagioli and U Baccala allesse ch i Rose (Codfish with cauliflower puree, and I don’t even like fish!).
The restaurant is beautiful, tastefully decorated and maintains that rustic old world charm. It’s in the old/ancient town of Termoli and supposedly the building was a prison in the 1700’s. I bet the prisoners never ate this well!
I highly recommend this restaurant and the cooking class to anyone who loves good food and great company!

We spent one week here learning to cook from the head chef, Mossimo!! Booked the trip through Italia, Sweet Italia! It was fantastic. Not many chefs would let you in their kitchen, but Mossimo did and was so very patient and understanding. His passion for the area and staying true to the flavors was evident in all he did. Try whatever the special is!! One of my favorite places on earth!

Perfect atmosphere, nice location, high quality food and right portions (not the usual big plate with just something in the middle). Try "Brodetto"... It's like Tuscan "Caciucco" but much more rich, with lot of fish that justifies 20€ per person. Highly recommended to whom like fish, but also for meet. The maitre suggested us a delicious Falanghina. A wonderful night in Termoli, the best of the whole summer!!
