The restaurant is tucked up the back of the old town of Termoli (Also known as the Fishermans Village)
This Restaurant is part of an Albergo Diffuso Hotel (Dotted all over Town) they own part of the beach Lido and a seperate bar.
The Restaurant has an open kitchen so that you can see what is being prepared for you. Its ceiling is dome snapped and very much like the inside if a Puglian Trulli. The waiter service is Silver service standard and very attentive. A good selection of wines, local and a bit further afield they also have from the very north of Italy Franciacorta which is the some may say superior to Champagne. We had the 7 course tasting Menu which consisted of a Raw fish course a cold anti pasti course of fish a hot course of shell fish a hot filled pasta (Fish) a linguini and Clams course and the a course of a whole Turbot (Ronbo) which was expertly filleted at the table by the Head Waiter followed by dessert and Coffee. All this was only €45 per head and a bottle of local Dom Luigi Reserver Biferno wine (Very Very Good wine) €29 per bottle.
The food was very well prepared and tasty.
There was however a family with 5 young children who were causing a bit of a nightmare (Something you come to expect in the UK but not in Italy) the staff moved them away from there Family as it was causing them trouble and moved them on there own to our seperate part of the restaurant (Very unusual) shame really as the was also a family with a babe in arm that slept all through the commotion well done to that Family.
