Perfect atmosphere, nice location, high quality food and right portions (not the usual big plate with just something in the middle). Try "Brodetto"... It's like Tuscan "Caciucco" but much more rich, with lot of fish that justifies 20€ per person. Highly recommended to whom like fish, but also for meet. The maitre suggested us a delicious Falanghina. A wonderful night in Termoli, the best of the whole summer!!

Svevia, a place in a sort of old, beautifully restored cave: love at first sight!
One of the best restaurants I've ever been.
When you enter in this magnificient, ancient building they say -under the restaurant's name: "arte culinaria" (cooking art in italian). That's really what you'll find after a few steps.
Beautiful paintings, small treasuries of "arte povera" I(and the view of the chef working for you in an immaculate kitchen) are enriching this new magical place, confirming that "art" is the key-word when it comes to describe Svevia.
Art and taste.
The food is fantastic. Very tasty, I'd say not too sophisticated.
It's pretty clear that the chef's choice is to keep the natural flavours like they are.
The result is perfect.
I had some delicious cruditè and the best "rombo" of my life.
Cheese is also good (and from the local not known but gorgeous - even for food - area).
Desserts deserve a mention: icecream balls, coffee and pistacho and a crumbled biscuit can also saves your life. Maybe something more is possible on the wine-list, but I am a wine maniac and this can be my problem...Price absolutely ok: not high, just right. Meal, all included, is in the less than 80USD area. How I wish to live in that lovely Termoli (I'd eat at Svevia everyday I guess!!!)...
