Stayed there with my girlfriend for a few days. The place is absolutely incredible, amazing scenery and nature all around. The perfect place to stay at while enjoying the amazing food and wine of the region. Would recommend it without hesitation.

My boyfriend and I stayed in a Cabin on the site with another couple, the rooms were spacious and everything worked well.
The site is great, its separate from all the other camp grounds in the area which come one after another along the highway. Talamone Camping Village is on its own, with the beach just across the road and a national park on the other side, and only about 5-10min walk to the beautifully italian quaint village. The site itself offered a large choice of accommodation types, the pool was nice, clean and big, and the restaurant served tasty italian dishes and also some international comforts, by friendly staff. There are also lots of places to visit and things to see in the near vicinity.

All in all a fantastic vacation spot, great location, friendly and helpful staff, good food, lots of activities, beautiful surroundings, choice of comfortable accommodations. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a great time and I would love to go back some time.

Fantastic set up here. Friendly service and very Helpful. Easy stroll to the beach, free canoeing and pedalo's. Sadly you cant rent bicycles from the campsite but you can get them in Forte Blanda if you want a bike without gears or brakes and i mean it. The bungalows are clean and with beautiful views of Talamone. Remember to bring your swimming hat for the pool cos if you dont then no swim! bit anoying as i hate swimming hats. Good shop on site and not too pricey.

Room Tip: the micheal angelos are in a great position for views and near shop/bar/pool area

Unlike any Italian vacation I have ever had. In the past I have opted for the big cities with tons of site seeing, but this was a very nice escape from the touristy crowds. Very laid back and nature oriented. You are centered between the ocean and a national park with so many activities offered. From swimming, hiking, kayaking, kite surfing, etc. I enjoyed the lodging, as they offered a lot of options which is nice - camping, bed and breakfast, and bungalows. There is also a train station in Talamone, which is very convenient if you plan to visit other places in Italy. I am from the United States and I speak absolutely no Italian, but the staff was able to communicate with me and they were very friendly. There is a restaurant, bar, grocery store, pool, etc. located right on the site. It is also within walking distance of the old village, which is quite quaint. You can explore the village easily and walk down the side of a cliff to go swimming. Talamone camping village also coordinates activities. I was lucky enough to take a ferry ride to two islands, Giannutri and Giglio. Which I highly recommend, as the beaches were amazingly beautiful and tranquil with crystal clear blue water. The camp site is also very close to other camping villages and beach towns. I also had a chance to visit Pitigliano, a hillside village built into the side of a cliff once inhabited by the Etruscans. I took some beautiful photos of mysterious little houses within the village and had one of the most amazing meals there - Toscana prosciutto and melon, Caprese salad, and pasta with porcini mushrooms. Somehow dining outside in the warmth of the Italian sun with some wine makes the experience that much more enjoyable. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

My fiancé’ and I traveled to the Talamone Camping Village over the summer for a romantic, yet fun, vacation. We are from the United States and have traveled throughout Italy and Europe many times. We tend to search for spots along a coast line that can offer much to do. We have heard talk about this campground in Southern Tuscany before, and decided to research it online. When arriving to this beautiful countryside campground we could not believe what it had to offer. We were greeted with the most friendly and helpful staff. There are acres upon acres of ground, in which, you can camp, hike, swim (in pool or ocean), eat, play sports, and even offers a small petting zoo! One of my favorite memories was going windsurfing in the morning, tanning all day, and then taking a short hike along the beach, to the center of town with my fiancé’ to take on the vast view of the Mediterranean ocean’s sunset! The campground also offers different lodging to accommodate your needs. We personally preferred the bungalows. These quaint rooms offered a kitchen and living room, along with a bathroom and bedroom. The lighting in each room was perfect to set a great mood and enjoy the summer nights. After visiting many spots in Europe as well as America, I would recommend Talamone Campground to any visitor young, old, or family. There is much to do for kids, as well as adults. If you like a relaxing vacation with a couple drinks by the pool while watching your kids swim, or an adventurous fun-filled vacation, then this is a recommendation is for you!

Room Tip: The bungalows are very comfortable with air conditioning

Having been to Talamone Camping Village many times, I am very fond of this gem in Toscana. The pool, bar, apartments (and bungalows) and convenience to play sports are all reasons why I always stop by when traveling to Italy. I love having the ability to bathe in the sun by the pool and then walk into town. The option of having 3 beaches is also a huge plus.

We had a great time at the campsite. The beach is somewhat small but ideal for children as well as for windsurfing and kitesurfing. The animation team did their best to create a full day's of entertainment.
