For our last night in Sulmona, we were expecting slightly more from this restaurant, having eaten so well on the two previous days. We ordered gnocchi with zucchini, saffron and smoked ricotta cheese; and the tagliatelle with asparagus and creamy, parmesan sauce. Unfortunately, the latter was all clagged together. We had ordered the bistecca alla griglia for our secondi, but having waited quite a while to receive our meal, we were served pollo alla griglia. We therefore had to wait even longer to receive our steak. When it arrived, though, it was thoroughly enjoyable. We had a bottle of Luna Dea, Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo from Lepore, Pescara. Overall, the restaurant was just-so!
