This was our second visit to Hotel Portillo and it was even better than last year. Bruno and Natalie were very welcoming and we were very impressed by all the refurbishment that they have done. The bar area is very comfortable, sadly it snowed too much to sit outside. The spa is more easily accessible now and the addition of a relaxation room with green tea on tap was perfect after a days skiing, as was the outdoor jacuzzi.
The bedrooms are large and have plenty of storage and the bathrooms are well equipped with clean towels each day. The food was delicious and the staff charming.
We would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Portillo and are looking forward to going again next year

A group of my friends and I usually does 2 trips per year to a skiing resort.
This was one of the best from all of them.
The skiing, the hotel and fantastic service.
Fantastic spa.

Portillo Dolomites is an amazing choice, good value across 5* hotels and have a great SPA everyone is dreaming about. Modern, but cosy at the the same time thanks to the great team. Enjoyed my time :)

Room Tip: If you are travelling with out kids and need quite time for your self or as a couple, I would go for rooms close to SPA area, Chalet even.

This is a recently renovated fantastic 4 star hotel, which I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. It has many wonderful facilities but its the service and the attitude of the staff that really set it apart. Nothing was too much trouble and there was always someone on hand when you walked back into the hotel, just to say hello and make sure that all was well. We had 4 fabulous nights there and can't wait to go back again. If you're looking for a hotel in this area try it for yourself, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

This is now our sixth visit to Hotel Portillo. We usually refrain from writing comments about our holidays, particularly as we wish to jealously guard our best kept secrets. However, there is no way of guarding the secrets of this most wonderful experience. Hotel Portillo was already a wonderful place in every respect - hospitality, food, cleanliness, spa facilities and location. During the past 12 months the hotel has had a major facelift in its main reception, bar and health spa facilities. Put simply, it is a quantum leap in class and sophistication. The warmth of the Senoner family and the staff, however, continues to be all embracing. We noticed a large number of clients from previous years have continued to return! Something must be right about this hotel! So why are we no longer guarding this secret? - We've booked for next year already!
