In three nights at a nearby hotel, we ate at this restaurant three times. The friendly service from the young waiter was very welcome indeed. The food and drinks were simple and tasty, with a comforting homemade feel, and the place overall is an outstanding value. Be aware that there can be some long waits between courses, but that wasn't a problem for us. Do yourself a favor, and try the grilled sausage. It's not on the menu, but it's just 5 Euros, and it's simply delicious. You'll thank me.

Friendly service but the food quality was variable. One fish course was obviously frozen, non local, and under cooked. Other courses were tasty and good. We don't eat meat so can't comment on meat entre's.

We had a lovely meal at Donna Rosa. It's a family run establishment with Mama making the gnocchi each day and her sons running the kitchen and front of house. The gnocchi was of course a highlight! It's good, wholesome cooking and a great place if you've had enough pizza!

Small eating establishment but very big on friendly, almost family like welcomes. Great homemade food. Wish we would have found them before our last day in Sorrento.
