Description: Brembana Valley Bergamo As you reach the Ventulosa of San Pellegrino Terme". Ici se trouve le Grand Hôtel et le Casino Municipal. C'est à cet endroit qu'est mise en bouteilles l'eau minérale célèbre du même nom, exportée dans le monde entier. "San Pellegrino Terme" est incontestablement un des points le plus achalandé du tourisme provincial et régional. De "Villa D'Alme' you are in the Brembana Valley. Turning right along Botta di Sedrina, at about two kilometres, you get to Sedrina. Here you can visit the wonderful church built by Mario Codussi (who also built lots of monuments in Venice as well) where you can find an important Lorenzo Lotto's masterpiece. The road you are driving on follows the line of the ancient Priula road but soon it will be substituted by a new clearway. Along this road you can see the oldest bridge of the Valley. It has a lot of little arches and from here Pacì Paciana better known as the Padrù, the "owner", of the Brembana

My husband and I took a day trip to San Pellegrino today.
We were looking for a typical Italian restaurant for lunch and decided to walk away from the main square establishments and walked half a block up the street toward the old casino.
This is where we found the Cafe Liberty on Viale C. Mazzoni, 13.
It was a quiet afternoon so after been seated the chef came out of the kitchen and asked what we would like to try.
He gave us many wonderful appetizing options.
Finally we settled for his suggestion on an asparagus risotto as the first course then followed by a tasting of his local house made pasta.
As a main course we chose a rabbit dish served with crispy fried sage, polenta and delicious
mushrooms.
A bottle of red and white wine were opened and priced according to the amount of wine we each had.
Including a litter of San Pellegrino water the bill for the 2 of us was 32 Euros.
The food was exquisite and we were totally astonished at the great value we received for what we paid.
This restaurant is owned and operated by two brothers who have been there for many years.
You won t be disappointed in your decision to walk up half a block from the square.

A special dinner for two was really nice. Warm atmosphere, nice environment, modern and classic at one time the restaurant is fit to any kind of occasions: from a dinner for two to the party. You'll be sorrounded by nice furniture, nice colors -light green and delicate pink- good lightning at night, the environment gives an immediate warm atmosphere. The service is extremely kind and efficient. No long waiting and there is always a particular accuracy to each customer: any people feels to the most important guest. The offered food is genuine, traditional and always of high quality: meat, fish, vegetables, desserts. The chef is always available for the best suggestion of the day. Maybe the choice is not particularly vast, but it is undoubtedly reliable and beyond the expectations. The wine list is extraordinary with wines fit for any food. This restaurant welcomes also guests asking for simple food, like a pizza or an omelette. They serve you with kindness also enthusiasm without being too invading. The price is definetely acceptable, never a surprise. For who is getting here around in Val Brembana, a stopover at Cafè Europa is a very nice experience.
