First time in this hotel. I felt like if I was at home. By the end of my holiday I was almost treated like a family member by the owners!! The hotel is very close to the town centre and only a few step away from the main ski area called Tognola. We walked everywhere, however, there is a very comfortable ski bus which stops just in front of the hotel. We had half board so evening dinner was included. I am a very demanding customer in terms of food. I am italian and I can tell you that the level is comparable to any Michelin star restaurant. The service is great as well. I was blown away by the food. Wine is priced right and I would suggest to try the house wine as well as it is not bad. The Spa is excellent. Again one of the best I have ever seen. I believe it is an award winning SPA. The food and the SPA are comparable to a luxury 5 stars hotel. The room had a great view of the mountains in front of us. The hotel has also got a personal ski instructor which is incredibly good with kids. I am an experienced skier and had a few lesson myself. Again best lesson I have had so far. The customer care in this hotel is one of the best I have ever experienced. As I sad before they made me feel as if I was at home. I would highly recommend the Hotel Sayonara. They have also got a few luxury accommodation in the new part of the hotel, definitely worth a try. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rita, Antonella and Luca for one of my best holiday so far in the dolomites. Thanks again and I hope to see you soon. Domenico Curinga

I have been to this hotel 4 times in the last 2 years and really have to reccomend it to everyone.

It is set in a beautiful area, close to the main piazza and near great ski slopes. the staff are so kind and helpful and the food is exceptional! all locally sourced and fresh and you will never go hungry. The rooms are beautiful and have stunning views of the snow capped mountains.

The spa...well, what can i say, this is the best spa ive ever been too, it is a sensory spa with lots of different things like sauna, scented steam rooms and scented showers which smell of citrus fruits and mint...wow...the pool is lovely too and it goes outside too into a massive jacuzzi which has amazing views..I really cannot fault this hotel in any way. It has now become a second home to which i return every year.

Myself and my husband stayed at Hotel Sayonara for 7 nights in February. We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is lovely, very clean and neatly decorated. The service is top notch (extremely friendly staff) and the breakfast is great (we didn't eat dinner there as we met friends each night). The view from the room of the mountains were stunning. The location was perfect with the ski bus stopping outside regularly and walking distance to the centre.

The Dolce Vita Spa was the best part of the holiday...it is AMAZING. 2 Steam rooms, Sauna, numerous showers (breeze, summer...etc), hot tub, pool and jacuzzi....it is what you would expect from a 7 star hotel (in my opinion).

I would 100% recommend you stay here...and we are already planning a trip back this Summer. We booked the full trip through http://www.dolomitescape.com/

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view!!!

I spent 2 nights with my family at Hotel Sayonara and I had a wonderful time! The hotel is stunningly beautiful, well furnished and decorated; the rooms are spacious, very clean and from the windows you can enjoy a breath-taking view on the Dolomiti peaks. I particularly enjoyed the long afternoons in the Dolce Vita Spa at the ground floor of the hotel, the perfect place to relax and forget about the outside world!
The hotel staff is extremely nice and caring...and last, but not least, the cuisine of the hotel restaurant is delicious!!!
Hotel Sayonara is definitely a must!
