First bad surprise: Charged 60 eur more on the reception although all costs were confirmed and payed for through booking on Mountvacation.com The web service acnoledged the overcharge by the hotel management and agreed to refund the money, though. Staff - not very cheerful with a poor english language skills (which they say is common for italy) General impression of the facility - not so cheerful. Looks like an old hotel which might be a bit cleaner. But then i saw the cleaning lady and it all became clear to me. We are staying in a studio apartment so it is expected that the room is small. The kitchen is small and equiped with cheap apliances. Bathroom is ok size but the shower plate is cracked and quickly fixed with silicon which does not look good. The parking spot in front of the hotel is barely cleaned from snow and parking is limited. When you take your stuff from the car to the entrance you have to climb oved the old snow boulders. The hotel offers a ski depot for ski equipment. Metal cabinets ate suitable for storing 2-3 sets of ski and 2 pairs of boots.
