The hotel is located well in city center, and has wonderful rooms and bathroom. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is nice - table maps are not changed each day so restaurant looks unclean in the morning. Hotel team are somewhat tense and over busy.

I was at the hotel as part of a group package, which included all meals. This quaint hotel run by Antonella and her husband was a pleasure from the day we arrived. Rooms were very clean, and enough space for a desk. Service was good, I did laundry, and that was very efficient returning by noon. We had 3 meals a day at the hotel, and the food was spectacular. Buffet, several pastas, and lots of choices for desert, with one special item at desert each day. Antonella arranged for a visit to a parmisian farm (free because run by a friend of hers).
Salsomaggiore is a nice small italian town that is know for the thermal spa healing waters, many of the other visitors in the hotel had come for that purpose. The city center is walking only, and lined with delightful restaurants, gelato, and coffee places. On the weekend there is a market set up in the main plaza. Definitely worth a visit if you are travelling near there.

We stayed 3 nights in Salsomaggiore Terme in this superb hotel. The service and food is excellent and the bedrooms all very comfortable and clean. Antonella is a great host and we look forward to returning soon.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the front overlooking the Spa or square

I truly miss all of you! We stayed at this property for 8 days and it felt like home! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They have free bikes you can use and that was one of the best things we did...explore beautiful Salsomaggiore, What a darling city:) Our massive room was spotless, the staff was fabulous. We had an early morning shuttle to catch and they even got up early and made us a delicious breakfast before we left...amazing! Wifi and air conditioning were great. I cried when we left...they treated us like family. The location is the best, you won't regret staying here! Thank you!

Room Tip: We had a room for three people, so there were two separate rooms and a bathroom. Each room had a balcony, too!
