We went 3 times while skiing in Sauze and each time the pizzas were suoerb, certainly the best pizzas I've ever had and I've been around a while. Cooked in a 70 year old wood burning oven, tasty burnt edges and masses of choice and you could add extras for 60 cents a go as well. We saw other people who had been in 4 times in a week but it was mainly full of Italian families which is a good sign. Service is quick but they do not rush you as we got a powerfull free liquer each time at the end of the meal. Staff were really nice people and never stressed even though it was really busy Fri and Sat, if full just wait a while and you will get a table, well worth the wait. All the other food looks excellent also but we just has pizzas as they were so good. You must try it, easy to find in the old town. if you like pizza you must go here.
