We stumbled upon Al Trivio during our visit to Rovereto last week and it was one of the unexpected highlights of our trip. The owner, Guido Lorentiui, is fluent in Italian, English, German and French. His obvious passion and warmth shines throughout the restaurant. We were a large party who came for several lunches and dinners. Every dish we tried was amazing and the wine and spirits pairing, which we left to Guido's guidance, was rich and rewarding.
We would go back to Rovereto just to eat at Al Trivio and experience their wonderful hospitality.
