“Just great hotel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 3, 2013

Its really very nice hotel with very nice pool and sunbeds outside and little garden..nice balconies and also nice view not only to the lake but also to the mountains. Very close to the beach and not far away from the historical centre..rooms are perfect, good air conditioner and very clean everything...service is also on good level. Thank You, villa Enrica!!! :) And Riva del Garda is just amazing place, its worth go there again and again! :)

Seldom I give any place an excellent rating but the Hotel Villa Enrica in Riva Del Garda, Italy deserves it.
All of the basics are here and a lot more besides. Cleanliness is what really stands out for me along with Courtesy and when we had to return home on a family emergency, Ricardo was so obliging, printing flight tickets, negotiating with Taxis, organising emergency food stocks, free minerasl water from room bar etc. Way beyond the call of duty.
Can I think of a negative. No, - unless its location is a problem for you. You are about 50 yards from the lake shore and about 1 mile from the centre of Riva itself. We used to love the walk home by the lovely safe lake path after the restaurants and bars in the town. However there are a large number of restaurants nearby if you dont want to go to the town centre.
The hotel hires bicycles to the guests for €5 a day which was excellent also. Breakfast was a delight every morning and the room was beautiful and spacious with a lovely view of the mountains and lake. I could go on for pages but trust me on this one it's Top Class

We have just left Villa Enrica after a great 3 night stay. The owners Riccardo and his sister really cannot do enough for you which makes the whole stay very special. We had Upper Fusion which is well worth the money. The suite has a separate lounge/single bedroom with a huge quiet, covered balcony and dramatic views of the mountains. The hotel is in a very quiet side street which you learn to appreciate when you realise that most of the (much more expensive) hotels are located on the busy main road which takes you to the centre of Riva.

The breakfasts are massive in variety and quality with something for everyone including freshly cooked bacon and eggs. It is a 20 minute walk to the centre along the lakeside path with is beautifully maintained with a separate cycling path and lovely gardens but there are also a number of good, cheap trattoria's very local to the hotel and they will also make snacks and salads in the evening if you want to just stay in the bar and enjoy the entertainment ( great singing by Riccardo) on offer some evenings.

Riva is a very beautiful town, our favourite on Lake Garda and having spent so many holidays in the south in Sirmione and Bardolino, I regret that we never ventured this far north before. We will definately return because the level of customer service at this perfect, small hotel is unbeatable.

Room Tip: I guess all the rooms are good but Upper Fusion was definitely worth the extra cost

We stayed in Riva, the best place we went in my opinion!, for 4 days. Traveled up on the ferry from Sirmione using the fast boat which zig zags for around 3hrs. The town is a fantastic little place, great for chilling, cycling, water sports and walking. Public transport all over the lake is excellent and buses are cheap, surprisingly so are the water taxi's compared to ferries.
Hotel Enrica is a great place to stop, excellent location, cheap cycle hire and the friendliest staff ever! The pool side and general ambiance is just lovely. I've traveled all over the world and I rate the breakfast experience here as one of the best! The array of fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, cakes, cheeses etc. was outstanding and done with real pride by the staff and chief. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Highly recommend visiting Lake ledro also. We went up early by bus and walked round the lake and back down the mountain to Riva, great day out. Thank you for a lovely stay, number 1 out of the 4 hotels we stayed in around the lake.

Room Tip: All rooms appear to have big balconies. Ours was on the 3rd floor, big room, nice bathroom, Ipod do...

We spent 5 day in Riva del Garda, and stayed in Villa Enrica. It's a small hotel 100m far from the lake. There are rooms with lake view, we were lucky to have one of the best rooms. Staff was really friendly, the rooms are clean and cozy. Breakfast was great, but some variety would be needed.

Garda is a beautiful place, but one of the things that makes it really special is Villa Enrica. It is so much fun to stay at the hotel. It is family run and they make you feel like part of their family. I travel their twice a year and really enjoy it. Great location, lovely pool and a good breakfast. Cant wait to go back in the Summer!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a sea/mountain view. It really is spectacular. Stay on the highest floor .

Riva Del Garda is one of the most beautiful cities I have ever been in. It has everything: nature (lake, mountains), good administration, the streets were spotless clean, and excellent food and sleeping Facilities. Vila Enrica was just perfect, welcoming, stylish and the breakfast was delightful.
