“Fantastic dinner with friends”
Reviewed September 2, 2013

We tried unsuccessfully to get a table here by just turning up, which didn't work as though quite big it is also quite popular! The following evening we booked and had a great dinner. The food and drink is good and the house wine very reasonably priced. All in all highly recommended. If you're lucky enough to get a table outside on the terrace it's even better (have no fear, the road that the terrace overlooks is rarely used).

“Good fish and pasta restaurant”
Reviewed August 31, 2013

A sweet little entrance draws you into a nice room with balcony seating out the back.
The food is tasty with local pasta and fish dishes, the mussels and clams we ate were very good, nice and fresh as they should be.
Pasta is also good, I ate a dish of hand cut tagliatelle with prawns and squash which was good.
Deserts are tasty also, the tiramisu is better than most I've had, and the local lemon curd cake was good too, very lemony!
Service whilst attentive was a bit surly, as if we wasn't as welcome as the Italians, but they might just be me?, we did have issues paying also, the card reader rejected our card twice so I had to go go to the square to withdrawer cash.
This wouldn't put me off going aging though, the food is worth it, very reasonably priced too.

“Excellent food, good value”
Reviewed August 31, 2013

Very good restaurant catering well to children and adults. Good varied menu, but we mainly had the fish, which was fresh and well prepared. Good atmosphere also. One weak spot was the ending - desserts were not great. But we'd recommend it and would go again. We sat inside, but the terrace looks lovely.

“Delicious, affordable food”
Reviewed August 27, 2013

We ate here two nights running, thanks to an affordable menu providing very good food. The outside verandah has a pleasant ambience, although no views If you enter from the street running up hill from the square, the upper entrance, walk through the restaurant and down the stairs to the verandah.
On the first night our group four ate excellent gnocci (some of the fluffiest I've ever had), beautifully fresh Caprese salad with really ripe tomatoes, fresh grilled prawns, seafood pasta and veal, followed by a couple of excellent desserts. We also had a very enjoyable bottle of white wine, from a well priced wine list that included a good range of bottles, half-bottles and wine by the glass.
On the second night the gnocci called us back. Again, a very good meal and they were very accommodating bring out the meal for the one child present quickly, keeping her and us happy.
In an area as tourist orientated as the Amalfi coast, it was reassuring to find a restaurant that offered the combination of quality food, decent service and good prices. I'd recommend it
