Recently stayed here, lovely situation in a small square, wonderful views of mountains and coast. Very helpful polite staff and contrary to other reviews, breakfast is adequate, well presented and offering a good choice of cereals, juices, fresh fruit, selection of breads etc etc. This hotel has been in the family for many years and although, maybe not the most luxurious or modern, is very clean and the facilities good. A small nice pool, lovely terraces with amazing views. Reasonably priced, compared to the very overpriced luxury hotels in Ravello. Would definitely visit again.

We were part of a large group of couples staying here for a wedding. The rooms vary hugely from each. Only one of the rooms had air con, the others did not. The room we were actually in, the bedroom was ok but the bathroom was really bad. the shower door did not shut fully (a huge gap at from half way up) and the loo only flushed every so often.

Our friends had a tiny room (that they paid less for) and their shower door fell off its hinges every time they closed it.

the breakfast food in itself was good but it constantly ran out - had to ask for milk continuously and there was barely any cutlery.

as i said the staff were friendly and we have nothing abd to say about them but the rooms and in particular the bathrooms did not live up to 4*.

A group of ten of us stayed at this hotel. It is not in the area with some of the swankier hotels of Ravello but has views that are as good if not better and at a reasonable price. It has been run by the same family for generations as shown by their friendly attention. The shower cubicle in our bathroom was tiny but adequate. Because the hotel is built on the hillside it feels a bit quirky, eg entering at reception and restaurant on level 4 and going down to level 2 for the room. We ate in the restaurant on the first night for convenience. It was so good that we ate there again on our last night and a quick lunch on the terrace before departing the next day. Can't believe that some of the critical reviews are of the same place. We loved it and certainly recommend it.

Our traveling companions picked this hotel and we upgraded to a room with a giant terrace overlooking the coastline. The room itself was smallish and cozy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the piazza and shopping/ dining opportunities. While I'd not call this a star quality hotel, it was very comfortable and accommodating for our brief stay in Ravello, and I'd stay there again, hopefully will have the chance!

Room tip: Prices were so reasonable that next time I'd likely opt for a small suite. Definitely coast view, definitely with terrace.
