A beautiful place to visit. A must see. the gardens were lovely as were the views. And if your lucky to catch a concert there it would be one of the most memorable moments of your trip

This is a lovely garden with superb views of the coast - it is not great if you have mobility issues but if you can handle stairs it is worth the effort - it is beautiful & peaceful.

Just off the Piazza as you come out of the tunnel, this fabulous garden is unmissable. It has beautifully kept gardens (formal and informal, hot and shady), a free exhibition of 50 statues by Paladino scattered throughout the grounds and a free exhibition of costumes worn by people like Pavarotti, Maria Callas and Nureyev in a wonderful setting (quick- they end very soon; read about it here: http://www.swide.com/art-culture/opera/opera-costumes-exhibition-ravello-festival-2013/2013/7/19 ). If this wasn’t enough, it has fabulous, dizzying views of the Amalfi Coast, including the iconic one you see on all the postcards and guidebooks – the pictures don’t do it justice. All for only 5 euros! All that was missing was a ticket to one of the concerts!! I didn’t find the stage spoiled the view, despite its size, as some have said. In fact I liked the way they have included it into the setting through use of colour – and watch out for the hidden statue in the pool!

If ever there were a place for beautiful gardens, this is it. If ever there were beautiful gardens to visit, these are the ones. It is worth a trip across the Atlantic, just for this stunning view. We only regret that we were not able to attend a concert here because the setting would have been spectacular.

We found the view that advertises the Amalfi Coast in all the ads. This is in the garden just after you look out over the new platform that has been built for the musical events there. A lovely garden to walk around with some fascinating features.
