“Exciting baroque city in Sicily”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

What a fanbolous city located on the hillside, the houses clinging to each other to not fall down. Fantastic architecture, paved streets, a wonderful place to stroll in the evening, sit down for an icecream or an italian meal at the sidewalk or Plaza restaurants. In 3 weeks, we visited it 3 times, it is one of those hidden gems that you'd like to og back to again and again.

“Picturesque and relaxing”
Reviewed August 21, 2013

A beautiful place, well worth travelling to from Siracusa! Lovely buildings and churches with pretty streets to wander with an icecream. Good choice of places to eat and lovely park to relax in. Spent a great morning and lunch then headed to coast and Scicli which is also beautiful and nearby.

“Ragusa Ibla”
Reviewed August 12, 2013

We visited Ragusa for an afternoon. Because we were short on time I found a lovely guide, Barbara Sudarno who met us at the bus stop and gave us a fabulous 3 hour tour. She lives in the area, speaks Italian and English, and provided excellent information about the town and its lovely Baroque buildings. Visit Ragusa and the neighbouring towns of Modica, Noto and Scicli to see amazing towns, beautiful buildings, and explore the winding streets of their historic centres.
