We picked Prato for its proximity to Mugello for the MotoGP races. We arrived very early in the morning, before the hotel staff was ready or expecting us. They were so gracious! Fed us breakfast while they quickly cleaned our room. Then they assisted us in making reservations in Florence at the museums. When they discovered we did not have a car to get to Mugello they helped us arrange that as well. Stefano and his family went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I would ask for an upstairs room next time as our room was a bit noisy from traffic.
