We stayed for three nights at the hotel and couldn't have been more satisfied. The family has done a wonderful job with the property, the rooms are comfortable and stylish and the deck upstairs is beautiful. We had a room on the upper floor with a balcony view of the sea and Positano.. A perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine. The breakfast is excellent, with friendly service and tasty choices. We were welcomed by the owner and given helpful information on the area. She suggested we take the stairs from Praiano to the sentiero degli dei, which seemed daunting at first, but we did it and were so happy we did. We felt we earned our amazing views! Everything about our stay here was enjoyable and we would recommend the hotel to everyone wanting to see Amalfi without the noise and crowds of Positano.

Room Tip: pay for upper floor so you have the view

Stayed only two nights but found the hotel to be fantastic and just as described. Owners/mangers are very welcoming and helpful. Helped parked our rental (as I had had more then enough driving after the Amalfi Coast road!). Had a family room which was suited us well (2 x adults, 2 x teenage kids). Restaurant was great and view was amazing!

This hotel is just wonderful. We stayed here for four nights and the family who run it are so lovely and have created a beautiful place to stay. The hotel is modern and in the centre of this lovely village. Praiano is only small but the restaurants are lovely and the beaches although not sandy are a great for swimming but be prepared for walking down and then up the many steps to access them - well worth it though.
The room we had was light and big with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea, fresh flowers in the room were such a nice touch.
Breakfast was great, lots of choice.
The roof top bar is stunning, and the drinks/little nibbles and staff make it even better.
We only wish that the storms that we had during our stay had passed quicker so that we could have spent more nights on the rooftop as it was such a lovely place to relax. Luigi has really made this an ultra modern space and would make anyone want to return with how pretty it is.
We also found Rosalina to be so helpful and friendly and their mum (didn't catch her name) also went out of her way to help us and make us feel so welcome.

A top class place to stay and we hope we can return one day.

We stayed here for three nights in room 36, which was a Double Room with Sea View. We had a great stay. The room was located at the end of the hallway, so we had the balcony at the end of the building, which was really great because we got a good view of the sea and the coast as well as the church down the road. We were lucky enough to be staying at a time of celebration where there were fireworks at the church both nights, which was amazing to see. The unfortunate thing about the view on this level is the fact that there is a hotel on the other side of the road, which blocks a lot of the sea view, but its still an amazing place to sit and watch the sunset.

The room was nice, large and clean. A good double bed with comfortable mattress. The bed is closest to the double doors that open onto the balcony. There are cupboards that run through the middle of the room, which is great as a divider, and plenty of storage if you're on a longer stay. Room had a great atmosphere and was nice and quiet.

The location was good but also not what we expected. We drove through Italy, and drove to Amalfi from Assisi. The drive was fine until we hit the coast, and then it was bumper to bumper on the one lane road, for quite a few hours. I would say I recommend not to drive, but buses aren't much easier. It would have been nicer not to be driving though. The traffic situation didn't let up much travelling to the other towns such as Positano and Amalfi either. So be prepared for that. It was easy to find the hotel as it was on the main road in Praiano. The hotel was convenient in that it provided parking. Not a lot of space, so they will keep the keys if they need to move the car to allow others to come and go. We didn't use the car until we left though so it was fine. There is also a local bus that stops right in front of the hotel. Staff will inform you of this. It was convenient, but we got off the bus before we made it to Positano due to traffic - it was quicker to walk. The staff at the hotel were really helpful on recommending other transport, tours etc.

On our second day we did our day trip to Capri. We discovered the positano boats company, which were able to provide pick up from the beach of Praiano. Much more convenient than catching the bus to another town and then a boat from there . The beach is a decent walk down a lot of steps from the hotel. Its a fun walk back up.

There are plenty of restaurants around, and many stay open quite late compared to other places in Italy. The hotel itself provides breakfast, which had a large selection as well as catering for Gluten Free - They didn't provide bread, but they provided other gluten free selections of biscuits, cakes, etc. There were plenty of gluten free options in restaurants nearby.

It was a very friendly place, and they all make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. The great views of the coast were a highlight. Definitely worth the visit. I would have liked to have spent more time there to really see all of the coast properly and enjoy the wonderful sun.
