We checked into the Hotel Le Fiorere for 2 nights as we wanted to explore the Amalfi coast. Initially we were hesitant as this was not in Positano or Amalfi but we were very glad we did. This family run gem of a hotel was excellent. The location is not too far and easily accessible by bus to the neighboring towns of Positano, Amalfi or Ravello. We were greeted by Luigi and his family and they are such wonderful people who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and relaxed on our vacation. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The terrace has breathtaking views of the coastline and mountains, must not miss! Overall, a truly great experience and we will definitely return!

In order to somewhat avoid the crowds of tourists in Amalfi and Positano we went for a 6-night stay at hotel Le Fioriere in Praiano, which proved to be a great choice.
Rooms are clean and spacious and all include a small balcony. The hotel is run by Luigi and his family and they all will do their utmost to make you feel welcome and try to accomodate your every wish.

As with most hotels at the Amalfi coast it is directly situated at the busy road connecting all the famous spots (Amalfi, Ravello, Sorrento, Positano) with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. And yes, it can get quite noisy at times. With closed doors though you will hardly be disturbed at all.

The top-floor terrace is very spacious and offers you great views of the coast towards Positano and the western part of the peninsula. A great place to sit, lay down and relax, especially as the road noises are surprisingly low here.

If you want to enjoy the nearby 'beach' though, you should take into account that it's a pretty steep climb back up to the hotel which definitely is not for everyone. On the up-side - it does not get too busy down there and the views are stunning!

Breakfast is simple but okay (fresh fruit is a bonus). And after returning from dinner you can always sit at the bar terrace and enjoy a drink or coffee. All in all a very pleasant stay and I can reccommend this hotel anytime.

This family run hotel is a gem on the Amalfi Coast. It is family run...Luigi and his family make you feel like you're old friends returning for a visit! The wonderful terrace upstairs boasts fantastic views of the ocean and Positano...as well as a romantic sunset over the mountains. Also, Praiano is a perfectly located, quieter town...away from the crowds and traffic of Positano and Amalfi, yet very easily accessible to both. It also has some wonderful local restaurants, Il Pirata and Pino. We both look forward to returning to visit our new Italian "family"!

We have just spent a week in this charming family run hotel. The second floor room was superb with lovely views from the balcony across the bay to Positano. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel extremely welcome from all the family members and staff alike. The breakfasts are to die for! Free wifi with very good download speed. Having a hotel like this with its own car parking is essential in Praiano. We had to leave very early on the day of our departure and therefore would have missed breakfast, but a super packed breakfast was there waiting for us to take away. Many thanks to everyone who made our holiday experience great.

What a wonderful hotel. My fiance and I had the pleasure of spending five days at this adorable hotel in March. From the moment you check in you feel like part of a family. They could not have been more helpful and accommodating with every question and request . The views from the balcony and rooftop terrace are amazing. You can see all the way to Capri. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful every day and my fiance especially enjoyed the homemade ricotta pie made just like his grandmother used to make. You will not be disappointed with your choice to stay here. We will definitely be back!!!!

Room Tip: Ask for s room on the second floor. A little higher up makes the view that much better...

It is hard to describe the feeling of opening the window and having the view of Positano, Capri and the amalfi coast from your balcony ! If on the top of that you add the wonderful and friendly 5 stars service of Luigi and his family, I can only say that this is "the place to be" on tha amalfi coast!

We can only reiterate the comments of so many other Le Fioriere guests. Such a wonderful hotel. it was great from the moment we alighted from the bus right at the door...easy access with luggage..and a regular sized lift! Loved the rooms (we were two couples)..great size, great bathroom, great balcony with stunning views! After a number of weeks in Italy and France it is this hotel and Praiano itself which come to mind when someone asks what one of the biggest highlights of our trip was.I hope many other people are able to enjoy the friendliness and comfort of Le Fioriere. We were drawn to stay here by the many positive reviews we read...they were TRUE!...PS don't miss the rooftop terrace!!!

Room Tip: Higher floor to catch that beautiful view!
