One of the more expensive restaurants in Priano - but worth every penny. We strolled i late one evening and the place was stll very busy. We knew it was expensive as there is a menu outside but it was reccommended to us by someone staying in our hotel. Service second to none, staff all very friendly and the food is amazing. Presentation is beautiful and a lot of variaety on the menu. Views are breathtaking.the whole experience is lovely. Lovely wine list - one of the best meals we had Amalfi - definately the best in Priano.

Let me start by saying that this is not a cheap restaurant by any means.
Now, first let us talk about the service. They picked us up where we were staying and took us back after-----no charge! (Yes we tipped the driver) When we arrived we were greeted at the door with smiles and open arms. They sat us at a table near the windows, which are on 3 sides and we could see up and down the coast and all the lights after it got dark. We were given a complimentary drink and appetizer which was prosecco and a anti pasto. Fresh and wonderful!!
Between the 4 of us we all had something different, I had fish, which I picked out, and it was amazing. The pastas, chicken and beef was incredible.
Let me say, that this whole area prides itself on their food, wine and fish. Everything is fresh, cooked simple and perfectly and the local wine is outstanding!!

We had dinner here and chose a freshly cooked fish baked in a sea salt covering. This is definitely a gourmet type restaurant with a lovely view, but very expensive. The fish are priced by weight and our bill was $100. My husband and I shared a delicious salad which was my favorite part of the meal. We had the fish served with a small serving of vegetable, one beer and one glass of wine. Our large fish had a "fishy" taste and this was disappointing. We would not return for dinner and maybe consider lunch, but steer clear of the fish. The owner was kind enough to serve a birthday dessert which was delicious, so that softened the exorbitant price of this meal. During our three weeks in the country of Italy, this one was the most expensive...bring your wallet.

Service was very good and very friendly, and the food was divine, but sadly because there were 4 of us we were not allowed to sit by the window - even though we booked over a week in advance and specifically asked for a window table! Apparently they are reserved for 3 people or fewer which seemed a bit unfair. Hey ho - it was still a lovely meal, and you can choose your own fish before it's cooked.
