Although we did not have breakfast or lunch here, based on TripAdvisor reviews we stopped for a coffee. What a delightful shop - very unique items for sale and a delightful staff. Definitely worth a visit.

We ate very good seafood here (mussels and clams secondi, and a seafood Paccheri pasta). We also had a great swordfish carpaccio if you like raw fish. The lemon dessert (standard dessert of the area) was great. The service was good but not overbearing, and they even gave us a little top-off on our wine glass when they had to seat some loud kids near us (very nice touch). Would definitely recommend to a friend.

As you go down to the town you will see this restaurant on the first level, certainly has an enviable position with lovely sea views, I started with the Parma ham and melon, plentiful dish and so it should be for 14 eur, we both had pasta dishes which at about 15eur each was expensive, the spaghetti with meat balls my son did not enjoy, not sure what meat this is, mine said pine nuts and sun dried tomatoes, but I counted 5 nuts and 2 tiny pieces of the tomatoes, , if you go down to the beach there are much nicer restaurants, but this has been going for nearly a hundred years, so they say, I would check out the other restaurants first.

Elegant restaurant, good food, great service. It was perfect for a dinner watching out over the beach.

I was a little hesitant as the menu given to me was just in English. However the food was divine - typically understated in description and simple yet such an experience. The codfish will always be one of my favourite meals.
The service was also wonderful and friendly.
