This is a place where true professionalism, great ingredients and a phantastic attention to details create the best wood-oven pizza you can imagine. Crispy thin, perfectly cooked (they come out of the oven in less than 60 seconds) and great combinations: after years of trying it is the only place on the island where we go. Try the frutti di mare, only served if they find the satisfying ingrediebts from the fishermen. But even the contadina, a simple mixture of just tomato, fresh parsley, garlic ans dome herbs is phantastic. Or the parma ham one: the secret is that they lushly put the slices on the pizza AFTER it has left the oven. And simply the best chick pea pancake, start with it. hot out of the oven with balck pepper, great.
