Hotel Villa Domizia

We spend 3 nights here as our final stage of our 3 weeks in Europe and enjoyed Villa Domizia a lot. The hotel was ungraded during the last 10 years as I stayed there before but still kept his charme, great views, friendly staff and amazing food. Room was big, nicely decorated and had a huge terrace with deck chairs facing the ocean. Wifi is free and tv got a sky box.
Restaurant is highly recommendable for dinner serving fantastic local dishes n wine. Same place offers breakfast with a great variety buffet n lovely fresh coffee.
I would always come back to this place as the area is as well amazing for trips to Rome, Orvieto, Pitigliano and others

Beautiful location on the sea with comfortable accomodations, sandy beach and swimming in beautiful clear waters. Close to town and restaurants. Continental breakfast adequate. We stayed here in September and keep in mind that they turn off the air conditioning in the hotel and all of the rooms at this time of the year. We had to keep the windows and doors open for cooling and to get some air circulation. However, that just created more of a problem with bees, wasps, hornets, mosquitoes as they don't have screens on the windows or doors. Staff was friendly and polite.

We spent just one night here. This is a nice hotel in a good spot right on the water. We had a nice comfortable room, with a big balcony, with a lovely view of the beach and the surrounding seaside. Staff were helpful and the restaurant was reasonably priced and food well prepared. People staying longer may find it a bit far from the main town/other restaurants etc.

A good location easy to find when have rented a car. The room was tiny but worked well. the view made up for the size of the room. The private beach was nice to have for the afternoon rest in the sun. We didn't eat here as the prices seemed very high. The staff was very helpful on how to get to place in town.

Advertising images of the hotel were not promising, so our expectations were low.

Hotel - much to our surprise - was lovely. We got a room facing the sea with a balcony (we did not use it because it was cold), very clean and comfortable.
Free Internet - in general was good.
The hotel staff were very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast is very good.
We ate dinner too - it was great!
Located about 10 minutes combustion charming fishing.
Highly recomended !

Our room was small but had a large balcony overlooking the sea, just beautiful. The bathroom was tiny, I have never used a shower so small! The restaurant was interesting, no character and lots of staff very attentive but almost too much! Food was average, recommend driving into Porto Santo Stefano if you can for better food options. No wifi in the rooms which was annoying. Location is great, but overall ok.

Room Tip: One with a balcony!
