We arrived at this restaurant looking for a table. After a good 5 minutes of standing awkwardly in frint of dining guests in the outdoor dining area, a waiter approached us and in cracked English asked us to wait to see if he had a table (half the restaurant was empty). 5 minutes later he returned saying he would get someone to prepare a table. 10 agonizing minutes later and feeling like a pair of lemons being the only customers standing in frint of all diners (all italian), and after watching 4 waiters palm the job of preparing a table off onto one another, we were seated at the still unprepared table. At this point a waitress addressed us in Italian and asked about water whilst throwing down napkins. We requested 'natural water' only to be given bottled fizzy water with a thump and a flourish. We'd had enough and left promptly. What an awful place and what a horrible attitude to display to a young smart British couple. We were very put out.
