My husband and I stayed here for one night. The rooms are small and average. However the rest of our experience was fantastic! The hotel has a lovely outside seating area with amazing views where you can sit and have a drink. The restaurant has amazing vies of the bay. It also has a great pool where you can relax. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend.

The area is called the Saint Tropez of Sardine.
Well if they mean that it's very expensive they're right.
Nothing wrong with the area or the view from the hotel.
We booked very last minute, found this hotel. On photo everything looks great. We're just normal hard working people who where looking for a nice place to stay and enjoy our vacation.
We arrived around 2.30 pm, room should be ready at 3.00 pm. So we went to the restaurant, which is a part of the hotel.
The waiter wasn't very friendly. We ate some pizza (at some days you can only eat pizza at lunch time). Went back to the reception to ask of the room was ready.
It wasn't. So we got a drink on the house. And waited until 4.45 pm. Then went back to the reception. The room was ready. Somebody came to show us the room and took our luggage to the room.
The room is big, has 2 rooms. Not that inviting. And with the bathroom in the oom next to the bedroom and a small bath in the other room. Which is rather strange.
The smell isn't very nice in the room. It smells old and like mold. Which we actually found in the shower between the tiles. We called it: "the dungeon". You don't have a view on anything nice. It's close to the pool, that's one of the positive things. And the bed is really nice, if you like hard beds.
Everything is old in the room and needs a little bit of an upgrade. It smells old too.
The rooms are very noisy.
The staff isn't really welcoming except for 1 of the ladies in the restaurant and the poolboy. They where very friendly.
They're not trying to make your stay as nice as possible. When we sat down on the terrace, there weren't any cushions in the seats. So instead of bringing cushions the waiter came to tell us that we couldn't sit there, because we could break the (Fendi) seats by sitting in it without the cushions..
At the pool the nice beds couldn't be used either because they already cleared the cushions for the winter.
Anyway..
We will not be coming back at this place nor will we recomend it to others. If you have a lot of money to spend they will welcome you with open arms. Otherwise you're screwed. At least that was my feeling about the whole situation. Very dissapointing..
It could've been so much more if they tried a bit harder.

the staff was pleasant at the front desk, but that was about it. the room seemed ok at first but when we took a closer look it was disgusting. the floor was super dirty, don't think it was washed in a few months. when we looked under the bed to retrieve an item from the floor, we were shocked, it had a layer of dirt and dust. the shower drain was broken and we constantly had water coming in from the bathroom in to the room. we also had to constantly ask them for shower gel and soap. the blanket on the bed was dirty and covered with stains. and the most shocking thing was that the housekeeper who cleaned out room eat our cookies that we brought with us form a previous country we visited. we put them on the table and forgot about them until it was time to check out, that is when we noticed that only 3 cookies were left. they also had the audacity to open the second box and think we would not notice. who does that ? the point here is avoid at all cost

Room tip: best to book somewhere else

Recently just got back from a 4 night stay in this hotel. I've read through a few reviews from others & personally think people are a being bit too harsh... let's not forget this isn't the Ritz and doesn't pretend to be either.

Firstly, do you people spend all day sitting in your hotel room on holiday? We stayed in the junior suite.. ok so, it wasn't the biggest room for a suite but it was perfectly fine. It was clean and tidy every day, everything worked and there was enough space for 3 of us to sleep and get ready in. The downside was that they didn't provide an iron, I think this should be standard - so if the manager does read this... I would upgrade.

The location is great. 15 min walk into Porto Cervo and we had a good view from the two balcony's.

Admittedly, I do agree that the breakfast could be better. But it was typical continental style, add some avocado and poached eggs and I'm sure everyone will stop moaning. Albeit the grill could have been quicker, the cappuccinos were great though!

The pool area was nice & quiet and had a different variety of sunbeds, caught the sun all day long. Highlight of the pool has got to be the hotel's tortoises racing up and down (didn't know they could move so fast), we called them Roberto and Lorenzo :)

Overall, our stay was pleasant, hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Let us use the spa room for a late check out, which was very modern and super clean. We had a car, they told us where to park for free outside the hotel & recommended some really lovely restaurants.

We were here for 5 nights and I could not wait to leave! Our room was the smallest, smelliest hotel room ever. Smelt awful.
It was the last available room so we had to book it, we’d only booked the holiday a day before so there weren’t many options left.

The hotel and the room Has a very dated, dirty look. I accidentally knocked over a lamp off the bedside table because there was absolutely no space to move around and I was charged €250 for it at check-out. Come on, that lamp was barely worth €70.

We asked for a babysitting service 24 hours ahead. We would then call reception every few hours to keep asking if our babysitter would be available so we could make bookings for a night out. They were so unhelpful and unprofessional!! Every time they would tell us that they don’t know, that the agency didn’t say either yes or no...all kinds of silly answers. The next day I went to reception at 6pm when I got back from the beach. We needed the babysitter at 10pm. After I kept insisting, the two women at reception simply looked at each other and they were like okay, the babysitter will be here at 10pm. I could not believe it. We had no reservations anywhere and they kept being evasive, not giving us a straight answer. When we got back to our room, I thought hold on I can’t just leave my baby with such an unprofessional agency, it’s a baby, not a parrot. So I phoned reception and told them that I would like to cancel the service because I felt very uncomfortable with the whole situation. The lady on the phone was very very rude, shouting at me that how dare I cancel after she confirmed the service such a LONG TIME AGO. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. We’ve booked babysitters all over the world for our 3 kids and we would always get email confirmations, online payment and information about the agency. Everyone knows this.
Anyway, moving on...

Breakfast was just okay. Breakfast staff is very friendly and helpful, thank you very much.

Dinner was okay, try the risotto, it’s amazing. Pizza is also nice.

The hotel is nice overall, with some very interesting details. Pool area is nice and clean.

Parking cand be found on a nearby street.
I do not recommend this hotel.
