Place is great, food is great, and great location for hiking in the mountains, taking cable cars to tops of mountains, etc. Check in and out was quick and easy. Sorry we had to leave. Only drawback was Wi-fi seemed slow.

I would not stay at this resort again. There was no value in the food that was offered for breakfast and dinner. We were charged for soft drinks at dinner and for the deserts that should have been included with the $44 daily meal charge.

Service and personnel are excellent.
Half-board mandatory but worth it (breakfast and dinner++).
Nice wellness center and massages opportunities.
We were there in July; many walking paths or mountain bikes courses.

Located in the beautifull village of Ponte di Legno, Jolly Resort proved a nice base for exploring the area and the quite distant Lakes.
An impressive building, friendly but limited English speaking staff efficiently booked us in.
Our apartment was quite small but adequate for our needs. The resort and area information contained therein was very limited amounting to a page or 2 of contact numbers and the recommendation not to use the lifts at night - however this meant using the stairs for which the lights were controlled by motion activated switches and the lights lasted about 5 seconds leaving you plunged into darkness on the stairs.
The restaurant, not run by the hotel itself, was managed by some very friendly people and the food offering very good.
