We stayed as a family of 3. The delux room had a double bed, cot bed, sofa, dressing table and balcony overlooking the hills. There was enough space for three, even when the Pram was in the room. Traditional decor and bathroom that fits with area. It was spotlessly clean and serviced daily. The bathroom also had an actual bath that was great for toddler bathing. There was a fridge, useful for milk and such.
The pool is large and you do need to wear a cap (provided) but there is no baby pool. Grassy area for sun beds and life guard on duty. There are also showers / changing block / toilets by the pool. There is a small pool bar too.
The garden has tennis courts and ample space to run around.
We ate at the restaurant twice. The first time (with a set menu) was better than the second. Around 60 euro.
The staff were very welcoming and all had a 'ciao' for our son. Simon sprinted and rescued our boy from the revolving door and the front desk staff brought him ice for his ankle and sweets to distract him from the small trauma. He was fine.
At breakfast the whole team were just brilliant and so friendly. The buffet breakfast itself was very diverse and yummy. You could have fresh coffee, eggs and omelettes if you wanted.
Pistoia itself was a good spot for a holiday. The zoo was excellent and the town had a lovely playpark with little houses to play in. The fair was also in town. We visited nearby Pinocchio Land, although it wasn't our favourite. We made it to Pisa easily by car (used a park and ride) and also visited the Outlet Villlage at Mugello. The Lake nearby Mugello is also highly recommended - try the Bahia Beach, great for swimming or renting pedalos or kayaks.
Florence is within easy reach if you wish. Although we had a hire car the hotel did appear to have a shuttle bus. Parking in Pistoia was fairly easy and the walk took us 30min pushing a Pram.
Most of the fellow residents were Belgians. There were a couple of tour buses who had one night stays. They arrived late and left early.
You'll have an excellent holiday here and we hope to return!

Excellent hotel that we used for the first time for business purposes. Superb breakfast that sets you up for the day. Friendly and very professional personnel at reception to help you with all your needs. It is a shame that the pool opening hours aren't geared for working guests, especially in july with +35° outside (common problem in most hotels though). Will be back!

Room Tip: Choose a room on an upper floor as on the ground floor, it can be a little noisy.

Having spent two weeks touring Italy and staying in accommodation without air-conditioning it was a delight to stay in place with all the amenities and comforts before heading home. Will certainly stop here again and happy to recommend it.

I would definitely recommend it.
Clean, comfortable, quiet hotel close to the city centre of Pistoia.
My balcony opened onto the green Tuscany hills. I could work from just outside my balcony. Really nice.

We loved this hotel. The only regret we have is that we didn't stay there longer. We had a king bed, a beautiful view of the valley, and good restaurants nearby. Pistoia is a nice place, with all amenities.
The breakfast was good, with a great variety and plenty to eat. The staff was helpful and kind.
We also ate at the hotel restaurant one night and enjoyed the food there.
This would be a great hotel for families, couples, or friends. Everything about it was great.
