We ate here twice in two weeks. The first time one of our group couldn't make it, so we returned just so she could experience the place. Up in the foothills above Pistoia, this place has mushrooms from the forest right there. Cinghale that was unbelievable. The owner (and little chef Leonardo) were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had stag on his recommendation and was surprised at how delicious it was. Try the cheese antipasti with prosciutto and tomatoes. Everything we had was great. They don't take credit cards (which we didn't know the first time) so we asked the owner for a wine recommendation that wasn't too expensive. He steered us to an incredible Sangiovese that was around $20. It's worth the drive.
