We stayed here one night on our way to Rome; it was the perfect break to our drive from Florence and Pisa. The views are gorgeous, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, although it had no windows, but given that we were only staying one night we went for the standard room, which was sufficient. The free internet was great! The breakfast buffet was magnificent, and included fresh fruit! The free parking was also nice. Unfortunately, it was too cold to enjoy the pool, but the proximity to Oriento was convenient and we had a wonderful dinner there one night. My only suggestion is that the hotel should include a free or reasonably priced shuttle service to and from town. We hope to return to this lovely hotel!

As soon as we arrived, I wished we had more time at Inncasa. The grounds large, interesting, and carefully kept. Sweeping views of the Umbrian countryside leading to a full view of Orvieto towering over the valley. The facilities appeared recently renovated and both design and finish were pleasing to the eye. Off the beaten path, make sure your directions are good, this place was a wonderfully calming antidote to three busy days in Rome. Staff was friendly, room clean, internet slow and awkward, but it would be a sad thing to be indoors at such a visually compelling place (I had some work to do). Orvieto ten minutes away.

Our family travelled from Paris, Portugal, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles, to surprise their father on a very special birthday. Inncasa, the beautiful grounds and suites, wonderful food and ambience, and especially the assistance and attention to detail of Inncasa's Simone, Simona and Andrea made our stay a moment to remember and cherish. I recommend Inncasa for any occasion from the casual traveller to business person seeking a well designed and appointed as well as delightful inn to spend the night or several days.

The service and setting are SPECTACULAR. Sitting poolside with a bottle of local wine watching the sunset over the Duomo after really commendable servoce amd checking in to a fantastic room is the way to end the first part of the day as you transition into the evening. it is not so much that we are picky as that we are discening. this place is a genuine find. And trust me i know it sounds melodramatic but we almost cried over how good the food was tonight at dinner. If we did not consume all of the fresh white truffle Andrea had on hamd today we will certainly take another crack at it tomorrow, I just joined TRIPADVISOR (on whom i have relied for the last many years in booking travel) for the first time tonight just so i could review this hotel. I HOPE THIS HOTEL IS SUCCESSFUL FOR MANY YEARS TO COME. COME AND SUPPORT THEM AND YOU WONT REGRET IT!
