The food here is of an exceptional quality. They specialise in meat, and although the menu is somewhat limited, the meat really is of the very highest quality. Their beef is about as good as I have had anywhere, and in particular the accompaniment of their selected salts enhances the mouthwatering flavours.
The staff are courteous, unobtrusive, yet attentive and helpful, and if that large steak is getting a bit cool for you, they'll bring you a sizzle platter to your table for you to reheat it to your liking. Or, if you prefer to cook your own beef, you can start with the raw materials and the sizzle platter!
They're open on Monday evenings (it can be difficult to find restaurants open on a Monday in Italy) but in the fortnight we were here, they were closed on Wednesday.
