Excellent Florentine steak, but do not go without a reservation. This restaurant is fully booked for lunch and dinner, and walk-in seating is almost impossible.
There is little other dishes available if you don't like steaks. The butcher would cut the meat and show you before they grill it, and generally the portions are massive.
We shared our table with an Italian family, and they taught us to add a little bit of olive oil to the steak. Surprisingly, it works really well.
