This was such a great experience! We did the 3-hour class (bread, appetizer, pasta, meat, dessert) and it was €85 per person and includes the dinner that night and some wine during cooking. 2-hour class was €65. You actually are cooking for the villa's full dinner in their restaurant that night (ours was for 16 people). Chef Mimmo was great and we had a translator, as he only speaks Italian. There was another couple doing the class too. We made ficattia bread, a Tuscan bread/tomato mix appetizer, fresh gnocci with sauce, marinated duck breast, and tiramisu. It all tasted great. Almost wish the meat was something more "normal" so we could re-create it back home easier, but it was delicious there.
I wish we could've kept track of the recipes more, but there was so much going on that it was hard to keep up with writing it all down. Hopefully we'll be able to work off our notes and re-create some it the food back home.
It did end up being €170 for us two, so it is a big money committment, but I found the prices to be much lower than other cooking classes I found online. And considering it includes dinner, it's not so bad.
