This was our second trip in two years to Montepulciano. We stayed at Il Tosco last year and the superb accommodations and personalized service made us feel like royalty! Elena and her mom made sure we were comfortable and our day trips would be memorable. So, when we decided to return this year, we planned our itinerary to insure we could stay at Il Tosco again. The breakfasts were divine and Elena recommended her dear friend's (Andrea) restaurant (Porta di Bacco) for our first meal. The meal, wine, and ambience were incredible! All of her recommendations turned out to be just as good!

Everything was amaizing. Hotel ihas its own parking place - that is big help in Montepulciano. Rooms are big, spacious and very well equipped. Room view was also exciting. Breakfast - you have to see and try it yourself)).

A boutique luxury hotel in a great location. This family run historic hotel is stylishly presented, warm and hospitable. Elena is a wonderful hostess and made us feel exceedingly welcome with homemade cake and drinks on arrival. With only 4 guest rooms and access to private sitting areas (with drinks and nibblies) we were immediately relaxed. Elena helped us with dinner recommendations (great choices) and we set out to explore Montepulciano. The buffet breakfast was the best, everthing you could imagine and home cooked by Elena's mum. Divine! We loved everything so much we looked to book another night..sadly only 1 room was available so our friends stayed and we went elsewhere. That didn't stop the charming hospitality at Il Tosco. We were invited back for drinks that afternoon and breakfast with our friends the next day. I highly recommend this hotel..comfort, luxury, the warmest hosts and views over the Tuscan hills.
