“Stunning house, fantastic views, ideal location!!”

We had the most wonderful time at the villa, the location is excellent for daytrips to Sienna, Cortona, Assisi, Pienza, Montalcino, Cetona, Sarteano,... And of course Montepulciano is a fantastic town, it's small enough to not be overcrouded and it's big enough to find everything you need.
The villa is very centrally located (2 min. ride to town), but yet very quiet and peacefull. We had the feeling to be in the Tuscany countryside overlooking a magnificent landscape!

The villa felt like our home, it was renovated very tastefull and it kept his italian charm. Everything we could think about was there, and the housekeeper Eileen and her italian husband took very good care of us.

What we appreciated a lot was the house book that the owner send us. It was our perfect guide for restaurants, wine tours, market days, etc. You felt their love for Italy, as every place they recommended, they tried themselves, and it was truly amazing! We didn't have the feeling to be tourists, the book led us to typical non touristic places, where local people go. We fell in love with Italy and we'll certainly come back!!

Thank you Sherry and your team for this wonderfull experience!!

“Best ever vacation”
Reviewed July 27, 2017 for a stay in June 2017

I had all my family their for two weeks. Sons daughter and four grandchildren. The Villa and all the amenities were great. Easy access to nearby towns. Pienza was my favorite. Lots of wine cheese and food at all the nearby towns. We had the time of our life. I highly recommend that vacation to everyone

“Perfect villa in the Tuscan hills!”
Reviewed July 27, 2017 for a stay in June 2017

This villa is beautifully finished, spacious and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. Our extended family spent 2 weeks at this home. You can walk to the town but the walk is up a few steep hills so this would not be for the older family members. We visited many towns and cities while we were there. Pretty easy to navigate through those towns. The people that work at the house with the grounds and cleaning and concierge are wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone.

“Mind Blowing Beauty”

This was a vacation that was life-changing. I have been to Italy before, but never to the heart of the rolling hills of Tuscany. Villa Nobile is stunning. The house itself has been renovated to perfection. Photos of the inside and out of Villa Nobile don't do it justice. The views overlooking Olive orchards and vineyards are breathtaking. We sat next to the infinity edge pool and drank local wines every day. The concierge, housekeeper and groundskeeper are delightful. Everything about Villa Nobile was beyond any and all expectations. I can't wait to go back next year!

“Spectacular Tuscan Villa with Breathtaking Views”
Reviewed May 25, 2017 for a stay in March 2017

We visited Villa Nobile in March, and it exceeded our expectations. The house and grounds were stunning and interesting to boot - it was clear the décor and furniture were expertly curated. Each room had its own unique personality and thoughtful touches were everywhere - from the original stone staircase to the custom ironwork in our bedroom. My favorite room was the kitchen - the huge island was perfect for entertaining and cooking. We found ourselves eating and chatting around it often throughout the day.

We stayed in the Cortona bedroom which was spacious with a great view and a comfortable bed. The room also had a loft that served as a perfect place for our luggage and wine (but would also work great as a kids bedroom). Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom which was really nice (complete with double shower heads and heated towel racks).

The villa grounds were immaculate and surrounded by stunning countryside views. It’s exactly what you’d expect from Tuscany, but even more beautiful than you could imagine. Since it was still chilly in March, our favorite evening activity was relaxing in the hot tub while stargazing and reveling in the silence. We even spotted a shooting star one night!

We’re from New York City and walk whenever possible. The location of the villa made it easy for us to stroll to town for coffee, delicious meals, and shopping. We also walked to a beautiful winery called Caterina Dei. To help picture the entrance of Dei’s cellar, think of The Guggenheim Museum and then turn it upside down. If you enjoy walking and can handle hills, I'd suggest bringing comfortable shoes to explore some of the surrounding area on foot. The villa also has bikes.

Next time, we'll come back during the summer - the pool was calling my name all week. If you’re looking for an authentic, luxurious Tuscan experience, you found your next vacation home at Villa Nobile.

“Beaurtiful landscapes, historic Italian villa with modern amenities”
Reviewed April 14, 2017 for a stay in March 2017

Stepping into the villa feels like going back in time- except the house has all the amenities of a luxurious modern home. There rooms are spacious, the bathrooms spectacular, the kitchen welcoming and well equipped. March was quite warm this year and our party used the wonderful terraces including the one by the pool. The views are incredible with vineyards and olive trees. Montepulchiano is well located in Tuscany near outstanding wineries and historic hill towns, but near Umbria for day trips. We availed ourselves of a home cooked meal, but don't wait til the last night as there were lots of leftovers. The property offers something for everyone. Some read on the terrace, while others biked, walked or ran in the countryside and to town. Others used the well equipped gym. All drank the incredible wine and had a great time.

“Perfect Tuscan dream getaway home!”
Reviewed March 12, 2017 for a stay in December 2016

Villa Nobile is an amazing retreat and launch pad to the perfect vacation. What a location! My family of five, along with another family, stayed in this gem of a home and property for two weeks and we were delighted with the experience. The owners have thought of every detail in their renovation of this villa, minding the historic architecture yet seamlessly incorporating modern enhancements. We thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious hospitality--evident the moment we drove through the gate. Sitting on the pool patio that first morning, drinking coffee and absorbing the view of the valley was unforgettable. The villa and its views, the gardens with olive and fruit trees, the fabulous town of Montepulciano and nearby Tuscan and Umbrian sites kept us entertained and happily occupied every day we were there. Indeed, we left knowing we wanted to return and explore more places within easy reach of the villa. Villa Nobile is a beautiful and welcoming home, and we can't wait to go back!
