Perfect place for a relaxed glass of wine and a few anti pasti watching the sun set from the terrace or a cosy red wine inside on the couches during colder months. Excellent wine selection, fantastic friendly staff. Great pastas too if you fancy a light dinner as we did. Highly recommended.

I like this place. It's quiet and off the tour bus trail. Do come here for lovely wine by the glass. Have a cheese plate or better- a capresse salad. Do not order pasta.

Lovely restaurant and location, in a beautiful village.. Great food nice wine selection, liked the trio selection of wines to taste. However one friend did not receive her meal even after 45 minutes and three requests on where her food was, staff were unresponsive, abrupt, uncaring stating they had other customers too..after more than 45 mins after finishing our meal, she still had not received hers and we had to leave....

This bar has the best sunsets ever. The wine selection is thoughtful and large, the staff is friendly and helpful and the atmosphere of the beautiful stone building is most inviting and relaxing. If you happen to be there for jazz night (approximately every other Friday in the summer and fall) you will be in for an incredible and memorable treat.

Thank Vicki H

Tucked in a location in the small Piazza San Francesco; which itself offers some lovely views over the rolling countryside.
We opted for lunch here on a quiet day in Montepuliciano after reading a few reviews that made it seem like a good option for us with two small children. There was a small but interesting selection of pasta's including the regional pici with wild boar ragu. We had a selection of pastas between us and each of them was simply delicious, fresh, but also interesting (I had the special of the day which was a tagliatelle pasta made with some of the local wine to give the pasta a lovely dark colour which was served with a fabulous ragu.
Together with 2 glasses of a superb Montepuliciano riserva, 2 coffees, 3 pastas and a lovely bog bowl of soup, the total bill was just over 50 Euros; which in my opinion was great value.
I highly recommend if in the area.
