We stayed at this property for a week as family in February. We were 3 families with young kids and right from booking we got great service. They helped us to get rooms that are close to each other (some rooms share a private hallway), they helped us arrange parking, ski school. The hotel has many plusses. Good location for access to slopes, good ski room, ski rental in the hotel, great spa with a decent pool, fun indoor play area for kids, good food/restaurant, cosy bar area with daily activities. Room was adequate and traditionally furnished. We stayed in a family room for 4 and it was OK. The restaurant staff was very friendly and we always got great service. Reception staff always was helpful. Ski school staff came to the hotel to arrange lessons. The main lifts are about 100 meters away. You can walk, you can take the shuttle from the garage next to the boot room or you can drive. As we were with young kids we drove everyday and it was so convenient. The hotel has free underground garage so the car was snow and frost free in the mornings. Skiing is good and varied for beginner to intermediate skiiers with a few hair raising black slopes. Ski school was very good. 2 minor drawbacks were the condensation in the bathroom window which made it very wet and the fact that the dinner starts at 7.30. Our kids were starving and tired after a long days skiing and found the 7.30 start very late, if the dinner can start a littler earlier it would be great.
This was a hassle free holiday for us with our kids and friends and we would go back.

Room tip: If you travel with oldr kids or 2 families, get one of the rooms that share a hallway.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for visiting our hotel last month!

We are so glad to read your very kind positive review!

We are working very hard to offer you the best service and the best facilities even before arriving in our place. We are so nice because we have guests like you! Actually, it is only through feedback like yours that also future guest can be adviced about us.

We apologize for the inconvenience with the bathroom window. As for dinner, we understand that it could be a little late for tired chidren. However, it is just a cultural marker here in Italy to start dinner at least at 7:30 pm.

We would be absolutely delighted to receive you and the other families again as our guests.

Best regards,

Arnika Office Team

The location of this hotel is just optimal on the main road from Venice to Val Di Fassa . We didn’t accommodate here but passed by and visited the hotel . Just on the ski slopes of San Pellegrino, 2000 meters high with great winter or summer view . Staff was very friendly . Nice full bar .

So intimate atmosphere... Not new, but tidy, clean and nice. Very nice staff, polite and helpful. You can go directly with your ski from and to the hotel and the ski tracks near by are just fantastic. The cuisine is great and the waiters fabulously friendly. The spa is a great end of the ski day. And how wonderful it is that there is a warm parking! Will come back!

We had a great experience here. The hotel staff took good care of us from the moment we checked in. Upon checking in we were informed that an upgraded room with a private balcony was available and we could have it at no additional cost. Elena and Romina helped us with anything we needed during our stay from that point forward. We have a two year old and the children's programs here are great; please note that children under four still need an adult present. Giulia and Alice went out of their way to be sweet to our daughter and she had a great time from playing at the indoor playground in the morning with Giulia to "baby disco" with both ladies after dinner. Alice also takes care of the hotel's fitness classes and my wife started her day each morning with Alice's stretching and enjoyed the various other classes throughout the day.
The bar is nice and Claudio will take excellent care of you if you stop in for a beer. The "full board" option is the way to go for dining if you don't want to take winding mountain roads to the main town in the valley for every meal. Imagine cruise ship style dining without the cruise ship. If you are lucky (and if you speak Italian) you will get Roberto at your table. He did so much to make everyone feel welcome (even if you were not one of his tables). The ladies in the spa will also take good care of you; please note that massages here are not an hour like you may be accustomed to.
This hotel features ski in and out access at the back of the hotel. There is also a ski shop on site with reasonable pricing and friendly service from Paolo. Not only can you rent ski equipment, but they have sleds to rent and ski clothing to buy I case you forgot something. Lift tickets, however, cannot be purchased on site and require a short walk down to the lift area office (opposite direction of the ski out).
Many people here at the hotel speak English, and everyone tries their best to make you feel at home. This was a really nice location, and we will definitely come stay here again.

Location is marvellous, slopes just behind the hotel. The room for 4 people is critically small. If you prefer a lot of room, you will be dissapointed. Also the windows are permanently wet with dripping water down the floor, which means possible problems... The equipment of the hotel is older, but this is general problem in Italy.
Perfect is the wellnes area, 3 saunas, steam bath, Kneip showers, ale new and very nice. But families with kids might be dissapointed because only adults are permitted! Why? I have no idea - whole area incl. saunas is with swimsuite on only, and the place is quite busy anyway as the guests coming in and out. Being just, kids can use a very nice swimming pool and small salt cavern - but it is a pitty with such a nice ang big wellnes.
The quality of food is satisfactory, waiters are pleasant and nice but little unprofessional - that´s what you can easily forgive. Hotel staff is absolutely OK.

Room tip: Most of rooms has entrance to the room combined with another - someone can lack a privacy a little. For bigger groups might be an advantage. Ask on that when booking.
