In the old milk central factory of Mestre they created a very special place, it's like a multifunctional center with a restauran: the mood is bio oriented with local recipes, foods, wines and beers.
Tired of tradfitional restaurants, I decided to try it as a kind of new experience!
I had 2 appetizers (very special "sarde in saor" - sardines local style with raisins and fennel - 5/5 and "baccalà mantecato" - kind of mousee of codfish? - vote 4/5)
A good second course (actually I don't remembered which kind of fish was in with the beans): 4/5
A waissbeer from a local brewer 3/5 (nothing special, but good)
