“EXCELLENT”

Overall, the hotel has everything, cleanliness, great service, nice location, modern and very good interiors, the breakfast is definitely worth it. But I was expecting that this hotel is located in the main city of Venice(the one that has water all over). But it's not. Though location is great as well coz its only 5 minutes away from the main city by BUS. The station of the bus is just outside the hotel so its very accessible. But if you want an accommodation mainly at the center(with all the waters and stuff), this hotel is not for you.

This hotel seems to be built with one thing in mind - if you want to visit Venice, but not pay a fortune for a comfortable sleep. So there is really nothing around the hotel, but a bus station right in front of it. The buses 5 or 19 will take you to Venice in about 15 minutes, where you can roam all day and come back in the evening (the last bus returns around midnight), for a good sleep. You can get the directions, the map and the bus tickets at the reception. The hotel is to Hilton standards, so no complaint there. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is ok, there is a pool if you want to relax a bit. All in all, an excellent choice for a short visit to Venice. If you plan on staying longer, or prefer to wake up in Venice itself, then you better look for something else.

We stayed a couple of days in Venice after our Royal Clipper cruise ended. The location of this hotel was perfect. The public bus line was one stop to the terminal in Venice, Quick transport to the airport to catch our flight. The rooms were beautiful with updated modern decor, and the staff was very helpful.

We stayed 2 nights while visiting Venice. To stay in Venice is undoubtedly more romantic, more atmospheric, and more magnificent- but also very much more costly and (often) more of a rip off in places to eat, This hotel is a 10 minute bus ride from outside the hotel to Venice city, and is significantly cheaper. There is a large choice of surrounding restaurants (car or taxi needed) some of which are very good.We would recommend Quantum, even though it is some distance away. The hotel is to Hilton standards of comfort. The breakfast was not great (see other reviews) but the staff were very helpful and happy to go out of there way to help where they could. I would throughly recommend this for an alternative way of seeing Venice.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden for 2 nights before embarking on MSC Cruise ship from Venice. Beautiful Hotel ideally placed for getting the Bus outside into the Bus station in Venice Square and very resonable you get the tickets from Reception for the bus & also Water Taxi for St Marks Square cheaper than if you wait to get into Venice itself. Lovely swimming Pool and rooms especially good, special support beds you can adjust and pillow just divine.

Room Tip: Every room is good as we stayed with family so 3 rooms in all. With a pool view would be good.

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night. We travelled here by train from Lake Garda and hopped on the local bus from Mestre train station. The bus stopped across the busy dual carriage way road directly opposite the hotel. It is an ideal spot for visiting Venice, use the frequent bus service 5 or 19, takes around 15 minutes reception will provide you with timetables and a map. The hotel is conveniently placed for using Marco Polo airport. It has modern amenities and kept as you would expect spotlessly clean; I didn’t use the outdoor swimming pool. The staff on reception were very informative, check in was good and check out took 30 minutes due to the vast number leaving at the same time. Breakfast was OK but it was the most disappointing part of the hotel stay. Nobody checked who we were so we just grabbed a table, couldn’t find a clean one for 2 people. I couldn’t tell you what choices were, available apart from saying it was the usual continental style, because I can’t remember they were that memorable!. Nothing at all like the hotels we had come from in Verona and Lake Garda. I would recommend this hotel if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of Venice and maybe you will get a better breakfast than we did.

As it was our first time in Venice, it is difficult to compare this hotel with any other Venetian hotels. Hence I compared it against my own expectations. The rooms were beautiful. The breakfast - which received some negative reviews from earlier visitors - was good. Yes, it was sometimes busy and you may need to wait a few minutes before empty dishes are replaced, but as we were having a good time, we didn't care. The hosts and waiters are doing a perfect job and are very friendly.

And then finally, the location. Indeed, the hotel is located outside of Venice and this may make you select another hotel. But, keep in mind that having to carry your luggage in Venice is a challenge (there are a lot - really a lot - of bridges). For us - at hindsight and certainly as we were visiting Venice for the first time - it was a blessing that the hotel is easy accessible from the airport (for a limited price you can order the shuttle to pick you up) and a trip into the city with the bus - which really stops in front of the hotel - will take you less than a quarter of an hour.

We would definitely go here again, next time we visit Venice!
