The hotel was very comfortable and located only 20 minutes (by no.6 bus) to Venice. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels left every morning. Each guest was also given 12 hours worth of free WiFi which is more than enough for a few days stay. This is a nice, comfortable, modern and clean hotel and is great if your main reason for staying is to go into Venice each day. The only thing that let the hotel down was the food. We had a buffet dinner on our first night (there is an a la carte option too but the food on this menu was the same as the buffet). There was only a few options available and unfortunately it wasn't hot. A buffet breakfast was included in the price of the rooms. Again there wasn't much of a hot selection (3 kinds of eggs and some bacon!) but the pastries and fruit etc. were quiet nice! There is not much to do in the surrounding area of the hotel apart from one or two bars / restaurants so plan your meals etc. accordingly!
Others have commented about difficulty finding this hotel with GPS. We had no trouble despite our Mercedes not having it listed as a named hotel in the area and it not yet appearing on Google Maps. Parking there couldn't be easier.
The staff were very helpful, although the male members concentrated more on efficiency than pleasantness. The large modern room was functional but very clean and comfortable.
Others have mentioned how easy it is to get into Venice by bus from close to the hotel. The bus ticket bought from reception is the same price as buying anywhere else, so full marks to the hotel for that.
Through no fault of the hotel's we weren't able to get the bus one day because of a public transport strike. All the taxis were fully booked of course so we drove into Venice. The only car park we could find that was available cost €30 per day and involved negotiating a very tight spiral route up to the 6th floor. But every floor had its own parking attendant who appeared to be on the ball all the time so it was perfectly safe.
Very clean and modern hotel.
Easy access to bus station to get to Venice. Although on the way back, bus driver didn't go by bus station near the hotel. Appareantly you have to tell him where you want to get off. So be careful.
Dinner buffet at the hotel is quite expensive. 22€ for a cold food wasn't the bargain.
Everything else is perfect.
Nice and clean hotel. About 10 mins to the train station and 15 mins by bus to Venice. E1.30 per person. It is cheap compared to E40 by taxi to Venice.
The room is large and has a nice flat TV. Nice hot shower and clean bathroom. The front office guy is very helpful. Mr Nicolo is able to give us good directions to the bus stop to Venice and you can get the bus tickets from the reception.
The buffet breakfast and dinner has good quality and good range of food selection. Taste good and the salads are fresh too.
Safe and good location to Venice and the Mestre Train Station.
We choose this hotel as a first stop of our trip around Italy, Really a great start, hotel is located near the highway, but there is absolutely no noice in the room. Nice modern furniture and really helpful staff. Bus stop to Venice is about 2 min walk from hotel. About 15 min by bus no. 6 and you are in the centre of Venice. Hotel has its own restaurant, which is good because there is not many restaurants around to have a dinner. But food was fantastic, also the breakfast was great. Really a good choice to spend a short or longer stay here.
