I visited Moro on recommendation of the consierge of my hotel. He was right about the quality of the food. This restaurant clearly wasn't a tourist trap; on the contrary, virtually everybody except me seemed to be local Italians. When you see the locals frequenting a restaurant, you generally can count on the quality of the food there.
This is a very small restaurant, with perhaps fewer than 10 tables available. The owners serve the food, I think. The wine list is sufficiently good, with modest prices on the bottles. Now, the food was impeccable. I really recommend the Ravioli there, which is of course handmade. I ordered the same dish again later on. Pasta was very good, too, but then again, many restaurants serve good pasta noodles.
The location is very near the train station, so anyone staying at Best Western Bologna or The Plaza should really pay a visit. I think you'll like it.
